New construction, addition and renovation projects will typically involve
the following standard Archtectural Services.
Depending on the extent of the project,
variations to these as well as some additional Architectural and Consultant services
may be necessary. The Scope of Work, professional services to be provided, and
fee
compensation would be discussed and agreed to in the Agreement
Between Owner and Architect prior to starting the Preliminary Design Phase.

a qualified General Contractor list

Site Observation

Observe progress of construction, on Owner's behalf, to maintain

- Provide field reports summarizing site observations
during Construction Phase
